Miguel Romero




He is Bachelor in Administration, with Finance and Tax Law specializations at the Santa Maria University. He specialized in International Taxation at the University of Santiago de Compostela in Spain and the Universidad Latina de Panamá. He has more than 17 years of experience in the development of tax advisory practice in Accounting Firms. He has experience in the development of international structures and international taxation. He was postgraduate professor at the Catholic University of Táchira and co-author of the Practical Guide Book Auxiliary Purchases and VAT Sales Editorial Legis. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Finance and Tax Committee of the British Venezuelan Chamber of Commerce (CVBC). Currently is tax partner at BDO Venezuela.
