Decree No. 4,414, which establishes the employment tenure of workers in the public and private sectors governed by the Decree with Rank, Value and Force of Organic Law of Labor, Male and Female Workers, for a period of two (2) years from the entry into force of this Decree, in order to protect the right to work as a fundamental process that allows the promotion of prosperity, the well-being of the people and the construction of a just and peaceloving society.
