Decree No. 4,432 was published in Official Gazette No. 42,070 dated February 18, 2021, by means of which the National AntiDrug Office (ONA) will become the National Anti-Drug Superintendence, a National Office with the ability to manage its budget, and also with administrative and financial abilities, it will be hierarchically dependent on the People's Power Ministry for Domestic Relations, Justice and Peace, and will be governed from now on by the provisions of this Decree and other regulations that may be applicable.
