Decree No. 4,420 was published in Official Gazette No. 42.049 dated January 18, 2021, by means of which natural people residing in the country have to pay the Income Tax only for the net taxable enrichment of territorial source earned during the fiscal year 2020, that exceeds five thousand Tax Units (5,000 T.U.)
