Decree No. 4.523, by means of which the exemption from the payment of the ValueAdded Tax (VAT) is granted, in the terms and conditions provided by this Decree, to the national sales operations of tangible personal property carried out to the Bodies and Entities of the National Public Administration, strictly necessary for the execution of the "Plan Z" Program for the year 2021, which is indicated therein.
